We know this coast street by street
Twenty-five years working in the same place gives you an edge that's hard to fake: we know which streets are overpriced per square metre, which 1960s buildings are worth renovating and which aren't, and which town halls take three months longer than they promise for a permit.
Manazyl works with people who buy, build, renovate or invest in property between Alicante and the rest of the Costa Blanca. We take on few clients at a time because every deal needs real attention, and we say no when a purchase doesn't convince us.
Most of our clients buy from outside Spain. That's why we work in four languages and explain every step of the Spanish paperwork before anything needs signing.
